Absolutely phenomenal dining experience at Osmanthus Chinese Fusion in Aberdeen Centre, Richmond! From the moment we walked in, the service was attentive, friendly, and professional. The decor is modern and stylish, blending a comfortable ambiance with upscale elegance. Now the food—wow! Every dish we tried was a masterpiece. The truffle siu mai and wagyu beef fried rice were standouts, bursting with flavour and perfectly presented. Their signature lobster yee mein is a must-try—rich, savoury, and beautifully cooked. We also loved the creative spin on classic Cantonese dishes, like the XO sauce eggplant and tea-smoked duck, which had incredible depth and balance. Portion sizes were generous and everything arrived fresh and hot. You can really tell they use premium ingredients and put a lot of care into each plate. We also appreciated the thoughtful plating—great for photos and even better for your palate. The staff were knowledgeable and made great recommendations without being pushy. It’s clear the management takes pride in both their food and hospitality. Osmanthus delivers an upscale yet approachable dining experience that’s perfect for both special occasions and casual meals with friends or family. Easily one of the best Chinese fusion spots in Richmond. Highly recommended—can’t wait to return! Five stars all the way!

This is my first time here but for sure it won't be my last time. Excellent Shanghainese cuisine. The Honey Glazed Prawns are super delicious. Even the service is outstanding. Definitely will come again!

Osmanthus is located on the second floor of Aberdeen, the food and service is good. I would suggest reducing the sweetness on the chicken dish, otherwise all of the dishes arrived promptly with a good temperature. This place would be good for groups.

The service was quick and accommodating. The food was tasty and very different. We had the sweet and sour pork and the pineapples were fresh and delicious. A lot of their menu items were unique. Would definitely come back again.

The atmosphere was so peace and amazing Shanghai style renovations. The taste of Westlake vinegar fish is awesome.Overall the food that I ordered was very good and I had great service. I love it and will be back again!

Very nice restaurants. Great food. If you have never tried this kind of Chinese cuisine you should definitely come give it a shot! We didn’t have reservation for the morning but they were able to get us in. Food was amazing!

Definitely Great food and quality cooking. We enjoyed all the dishes we ordered . The pictures says it all. Will recommend my friends and family to this place. RESERVE to make sure you have a place. we almost didn't get a seat but good thing we were early. Service could be a bit more friendly but was still good.
